About Us
Since 1995, Innovative Flooring & Design has been owned and operated by Keith Hendel, a 2nd generation flooring professional. Design is very much in his blood; his mother is an Interior Designer and his father was in the flooring business. Visit our hidden gem showroom and say hello to Lorraine Paladino, our Office Manager and Baci, our mascot and carpet salesdog! Richie Cosgrove is our resident installation expert.
